How the Ladli Laxmi benefit timeline works

The timeline at the top of this page lets a parent pick the class your daughter is in today. It then marks each stage payment as passed or upcoming, so you can see which money she should already have received and which is still ahead. For example, if she is in Class 10, the Class 6 and Class 9 stages show as passed, while Class 11, Class 12, college and age 21 show as upcoming.

The timeline runs only in your browser. It does not ask for your name, Aadhaar, mobile number or bank details, and nothing you pick is sent anywhere. It is a planning guide, not a record of what the government has paid. For the real payment record, use the status option on ladlilaxmi.mp.gov.in or ask at your anganwadi.

Ladli laxmi yojana benefits, stage by stage

When a girl is registered, an assurance certificate for Rs 1,18,000 is issued in her name. The money is then paid in stages linked to her education. These are the amounts in current descriptions of the scheme:

The four school stages add up to Rs 18,000. With the college help added by version 2.0, the total commonly quoted is Rs 1,43,000 (Rs 18,000 plus Rs 25,000 plus Rs 1,00,000).

Conditions for the final Rs 1,00,000

The payment at 21 is made only if the girl appeared in the Class 12 exam and was not married before 18. A family that marries off a daughter early loses this final amount.

Ladli Laxmi Yojana 2.0: the college stage

Ladli Laxmi 2.0 was launched on 14 Oct 2021, on Mahashtami. It added support after school:

• Rs 25,000 for admission to a graduate or professional course of at least 2 years after Class 12. It is paid in two equal parts, one in the first year and one in the final year.
• Full fees paid for Ladli Laxmi girls who get into MBBS, BE, IIT or IIM.
• Career counselling and coaching support.
• "Beti friendly" villages, and Ladli Laxmi Path and Vatika.

At launch, 39.81 lakh girls were registered under the scheme. If you see "ladli laxmi yojana 2.0 login" on websites, remember that 2.0 is an upgrade of the same scheme, not a separate registration. Use the same official portal.

Which version applies to which girls

Reports differ here, and we want to be honest about it. Older descriptions of the scheme say the government bought NSCs (National Savings Certificates) of Rs 6,000 a year for 5 years, a total of Rs 30,000, and paid Rs 7,500 at Class 11 and Rs 200 a month during Classes 11 and 12. Some guides still list that pattern. Current descriptions use the table above: Rs 6,000 at Class 11, Rs 6,000 at Class 12, and a Rs 1,18,000 certificate, which becomes Rs 1.43 lakh with 2.0.

We could not confirm from an official source which pattern applies to which birth group of girls. Your daughter's own assurance certificate is the best guide, because it shows the amount promised to her. If anything is unclear, check on ladlilaxmi.mp.gov.in or ask the Women and Child Development project office through your anganwadi worker.

Ladli laxmi yojana eligibility

A girl can be covered if all of these are true:

• She was born on or after 1 Jan 2006.
• She is registered at the local anganwadi.
• Her parents are natives of Madhya Pradesh.
• Her parents are not income tax payers.

Family planning rule

A girl from the first delivery qualifies without any family planning condition. For a second girl, the parents must have adopted family planning after the second child, and a family planning certificate is needed.

Special cases

• Girls in an orphanage or protection home, applied for by the superintendent within 1 year of admission or adoption and before age 5.
• A second girl after a parent's death, with registration allowed up to age 5.
• Triplets at the first delivery.
• Girls born in jail or to rape victims.
• Adopted daughters, with adoption papers.

The Collector can approve late applications. Whether normal registration must happen within one year of birth was not confirmed from an official source, so register as early as you can.

Ladli laxmi yojana online apply and the offline form

You can apply online on the official portal ladlilaxmi.mp.gov.in. The steps reported are:

1. Open the portal and click "Apply Now".
2. Give the self-declaration.
3. Enter the Samagra ID of the girl and her family. Samagra ID is MP's family and member identity number used for state schemes.
4. Fill in the details and submit.

If you are not comfortable online, the anganwadi worker or the Lok Seva Kendra can submit the form for you. There is no fee. The Women and Child Development project office then verifies the application.

Is there a ladli laxmi yojana form pdf?

We do not host any form pdf. Ask for the form at your anganwadi or Lok Seva Kendra, and do not pay anyone for it. Agents who ask for money or for your OTP are not part of the scheme.

Documents to keep ready

• Girl's birth certificate
• Parents' ID and MP residence proof
• Anganwadi registration
• Family planning certificate, for a second daughter
• A declaration that the parents do not pay income tax
• Bank details

Ladli laxmi yojana certificate download and status

Once the application is approved, the girl gets an e-certificate, often called the praman patra. To get it:

1. Open the certificate section on ladlilaxmi.mp.gov.in.
2. Search by registration number, or by the girl's name and district.
3. Download the e-certificate as a PDF and keep a printed copy.

To check the ladli laxmi yojana status, use the portal's application status option and enter the application number. The exact menu labels could not be checked on the official portal, so follow the labels you see on screen. If the name is missing from a name list or the status looks wrong, take the application number to your anganwadi worker.

Five more years: the 2026 extension

On 18 Aug 2026 the Madhya Pradesh cabinet decided to continue the Ladli Laxmi scheme for 5 more years, with an outlay of Rs 16,326 crore. The same meeting also continued Ladli Behna Yojana for 5 years. For families this means the scheme continues; your daughter's assurance certificate shows the stages promised to her.
